Morning Pages: Journaling Exercise
We would like to invite you to create a little nook for your writing, movement and meditation practice, your own little ritual during this course. Morning Pages is stream of consciousness writing where you have an opportunity to empty anything and everything that crosses your mind. This is a personal journaling practice that only you will see. We recommend writing 3 pages each morning either before or after your asana practice.
